Paul Broughton's Pacific projects ?

Attended a function on Saturday night where well known administrator Paul Broughton (ex Gold Coast Titans Chairman - i think ?) mentioned in an interview that he is working with various Rugby League parties from the Pacific Islands ?

Anyone know of any projects he is involved with ? He was working on the PNG NRL Bid but pulled out a fair while back.


(Tried to grab him for a quick chat but he was off and gone before i knew it !)

Paul is a friend of a friend. I remember him talking about his involvement with the supposed pacific federation. Can't remember what specifically they were working on but that was a couple of years ago and nothing has been said or done publically in relation to this federation except that it has a seat on the rlif board. He's a guy with his heart in the right place. He thoroughly believes in the PNG bid. Don't know why he isn't involved anymore. If he is involved with work being done in the pacific it can only be a good thing but I don't know what these projects could be.
