fractured forearm after his first game back but could still be back by round 8.

lucky for us we are not left with the full bill of his contract.

lima can now take his spot and i would still replace another from our bench.our bench is still too small.
if reynolds doesn't start,then drop him from the bench and put in bronson or small.

Yup Lima or Jaime to replace Payton but I expect it will be Lima

and I agree - I'd like to see Bronson come into the side, his form has been exceptional

and the other plus is that balmain won't be punished by them playing first grade.
but it won't be long until we do lose them for good to first grade.

hopefully sheens will soon acknowledge the wests tigers lack of offloads and bring in bronson in the near future.

Thankfully Balmain have the depth to cover for them because I have no real doubt that both will be regular first graders by the end of the year

I always assumed Bronson would start first grade in the centres but really he's exactly what the tigers need in the backrow at the moment - my only worry is he may come at the expense of dene who certainly doesn't deserve to be dropped (I can't see that we would keep 3 centre/backrowers in the team with with wilson/bronson/halatau - but of the 3 wilson would be my choice to drop back on current form)

yeah so far the herald is the only place to report the broken arm so it COULD be that they have the wrong info

on the other hand it could be that sheens was trying to protect whoever it is that will be replacing him - he often doesn't name rookies until the last possible moment

I guess we'll know tomorrow

Yeah I posted on the official I think on Tues or Wed something about
one good thing coming out of last weeks game V the Broncos that we
come out unscathed, injury wise, and that it would be good to have the
same seventeen again this weekend.

i didn't get the info from a media source.

i was told round 8 he would return,but that was best case outcome.from what i was told it is not as bad as senter.

i also said lima was a special for this week on tuesday ;-)
