Sharks officials revealed that Peachey was considering a deal tabled by the big-spending Warriors but said they had formally made him an offer on Thursday.

This is also the first confirmation from Rogers that we have made him a reduced offer. Sludge said he made him the offer yesterday because he couldn't contact Peachey for awhile. :?
