Peek facing nine weeks

Peek was charged with a Grade 5 Dangerous Throw and is looking at 9 weeks if they challenge the severity of the grading. He will face 6 weeks with an early plea.

Stapleton is looking at 1 match with a guilty plea but will play if he takes the early plea.

Vella was not charged.

Ben McDougall is facing three weeks on the sideline for his Grade 2 Dangerous throw.

Peek - No great loss IMHO.

Stapleton - Should take the early guilty plea because we need him out there against his old club.

Vella not being charged is a massive relief as he's really starting to show some vintage form. Hope he keeps it up.

Dammit, Peek has been playing well for us these last few weeks. As for Stapleton I hope he plays. Vella will step up this friday now that Hindmarsh and Cayless are out.

You would think Chris Mukert or Lee Hopkins will come into the side, and Chris Armit comes in for Peek, which leaves another prop forward. Any good ones running around in PL?

Armitt and Peek were both on the bench already. I'd have Muckert on the bench for Peek and Hopkins into the starting side for Hindmarsh.

I think Stapleton will probably move back to front row to cover for Peek, with Armit on the bench & Vella to start with Tsoulos again. Hopkins & Muckert will both come into the 2nd row I think.

We really need to do something about our right side defense too which is absolutely shocking with Matt Petersen & Junior Langi at the moment. Oh, and for f@cks sake please get Burt out of the centres...

By having Wagon & Widders in the centres it makes it easier to hide the 2 smaller halves (Thorman & Dykes) when we're defending as well as giving us 2 bigger blokes to hit the ball up when our forwards are tiring.

People always forget Armit, he's a good player, but BS never gets enough game time. Hell I think Fui Fui Moi Moi played more time than Armit. :x
