I'd forgotten about the Willie one. I dont think he tried to go around him, it was weird though. It was almost like he felt sorry for what was about to happen to Coote and second guessed himself and slowed up a bit. Coote dropped him with a shoulder that probably would be a penalty now, but was hilarious then.

Jennings gave the Roosters the frigid wife treatment a few times iirc.
He went straight through a hole that a man his size would rarely go through, and seemed to slow up to look for support. Coote read it well and closed in on him but Mason seemed caught in two minds and by the time he knew what he was doing he probably couldn’t muster the pace to flatten him so tries to go around him. Was quality though, always enjoy seeing a big man get dropped by a smaller guy.

Jennings did score three that night and about a week later was selected for his origin debut.

YUK! Panthers should stay a million miles away from Sydney Thunder. They are putrid - losers through and through. Lime green should be changed to vomit green. There is a reason why they are nicknamed Sydney Chunder.

So basically they are selling their fan’s info to each other and trying to make it sound like a positive….

It is honestly a good idea. The seasons don’t overlap and it is basically the same demographic. Clever idea

It’s quite intelligent. Thunder is a Homebush(Parramatta LGA) sports team. Their fans will get discounts on tickets to Penrith games(which will be in Parramatta for the next two seasons). Panthers fans also get discounts to go to Thunder games so it’s another reason to become a member.

As mentioned, the lack of overlap only means growth for both teams.

We ain't got a lot in common with the cricket these days. They are firmly up the arse of the AFL which is to their detriment.

Still, if it sells tickets make it happen.

I never went to the cricket for the game of cricket. To me and my mates, it was a nuetral venue that accommodated all our needs. Beer, food, sunshine and sport.

BM is moving from Leichhardt to Penrith. Naturally, that means the Panthers will be replacing the Tigers as the team I go for when Souths are not playing.

If Souths aren't a contender in 2025 I look forward to being a part of the Panthers bandwagon as they go for the 5peat.
