Remember couple of months ago, when gus picked us to come 13th or 14th we all bagged him.
But it seems his pridictions are going to come true.

Yesterday I could'nt bear to listen gould and sterlo dissect our game, attack and defence.
But they are right.
Our defensive lines are too wide and full of holes, we are not standing close each other.
We are not getting the basics right.

We always seem to run sideways. yesterday the amount of times dykes/thorman/wagon ran sideways to
pass the ball to langi and peterson who had a few centimeters to work with was countless.

Why cant we get the basics right?
stand tight in defence and run forward before sideways.... is this too hard.

Only mckinnon and vella looked to have put in yesterday.

Those who say that burt should be the full back. In my opinion wade is a much better fullback then burt.
He is mistake free and always supports the forwards in attack.
Move burt to the wing in place of peterson. I know that peterson is one of the most passionate blokes, but passion is not a substitute for talent.

The crowd was disappointing, but can you blame them? who is going to turn up to watch the crap we are dishing out.

I made a pact with myself after the cowboys game "I wont go to any other game untill we play with passion", I havent found a reason to change it since then.

Misty, I always bagged you for bagging smith BUT from now I am with you.

Yeah sitting in the grandstand watching the game puts a different perspective on the game rather than sitting on the hill aswell. Parra have no backline, they are staggered and look real lazy. Eric Grothe could have stopped some of those length of the feild tries but he just jogged it back to his try line, and Fuifui Moioi was always the last man back in the defencive line, and this was just after he came on at the begining of the game.

I noticed this too, and whilst he was attempting to put on a big hit everytime it just didn't come off. All this 18 minutes of playing time.

I thought the majority of boys were flat yesterday and there was no atmosphere at the stadium. Would have been nice to see 16,000 there yesterday cheering them on, but I'm sure you will all be back when we start winning again

Thank you for that. I would much prefer to be making the admissions of wrongness, believe you me.

I hate Phil Gould being right. Every time someone mentions the Warriors woes he always pipes and says "I predicted that aren't I so great, I really predicted that woo hoo.", now he'll be doing that routine when someone mentions Parra. #-o

Just win if for other reason than to shut Phil Gould UP :!:

Yeah, can't wait for the red button on my Austar remote to actually work so I can see that as well.

I guess you are seeing what Brian SMith sees at least.

Good point, PB!
