Spot on. This week, social media largely gave him fond comments about his contribution. He was the first reporter to go to the gutter with his reporting of the game.

The game is not better for his contribution. His mark on reporting led to people like Hooper and Kent copying his ways. The good thing is....Kent, Hooper and Rothfield have all left mainstream media all in a relatively recent time period. I'd say they are three of the four worst media reporters in our games history (Rebecca Wilson being the 4th).
