Ive been into photography for ages and love getting out and about with the cameras. Anybody else?

Just getting into it myself actually.

Was asked to man a family member's DSLR at their wedding. they had pros as well, I was just supposed to take comics of guests and relos etc and they ended up liking a lot of my pics more! Made me think I might have a knack for it so borrowed the moher in laws cam for a while and just picked up my first decent camera (Ninkon D3100) last weekend.

Going to head down to Cronulla over the weekend with a tripod for my first attempt at sunrise shots.

What style do you focus on? I'm a sucker for landscapes and the sun myself

Dont really focus on any particular type of photography,i try to cover them all.The D3100 is a pretty neat camera.Just about to get the mrs a D7000,she's flogged the Fugi she has to death!

Picked up a few lenses. AF-S Nikor Micro 60mm macro,18-55mm nikkor,35-70mm nikkor and a Nikkor 70-210mm to go with the trusty Sigma 17-70mm.

I'm also getting into photography. I love landscapes but have found I have a knack for portraits and photos of people. I was out west a few months ago and took some star shots. I'm also a fan of long exposure city scapes.

I currently use a Canon 600D with the cheap lenses. Have got a nifty fifty and love that as well as a 10-20mm wide angle. I'm looking for a decent walk around lens, something in the range 18-300mm.

Cool...im after a fisheye lens at present,not quite sure what size to go for just yet.
