Personally I cant wait after seeing the trailer. It's got some classic lines we'll be quoting for years.

Seth Rogen (Knocked Up, Superbad) is a stoner who gets in some adventures with his drug dealer after witnessing a murder. Rosie Perez makes a comeback? as the bad guy!

I went and saw it mainly because my girlfriend is a fan of Seth Rogen films. It was alright had some good moments but nothing too memorable.

all i've heard is that this movie is about weed. for that reason alone its worth a watch IMO. however, is there a general synopsis that can be provided without me searching for it?

A guy (Seth Rogen) has a job of delivering court orders to people. On one such voyage he is to deliver a summons to his dealer's drug supplier - a dangerous man. Upon arrival Seth Rogen's character witnesses a murder committed by the drug dude and a female policewoman accomplice.

He fleas quickly, unfortauntely leaving behind a spliff of the legendary but very rare Pineapple Express. So rare infact that his dealer friend is the only guy that has it.

Thus Seth Rogen and his dealer friend are prime suspects for the drug dude who sends his henchemen to kill them.

They then go on the run and...well...sh*t happens.
