It's an arse about system buying and paying players.
Paying them BEFORE they do the job?
What happens if they don't do the job?
Shouldn't everybody be on retainer of the same amount - and then at the END of the season the management dole out the big bucks for services rendered.
I don't know what we're paying Pom and Dougie, but they have earned every bloody cent.
Imagine if simmo was paid strictly on his involvement?
He'd be on the dole.
Imagine if kimmorely was paid for his effectiveness in getting us over the dtripe?

What would Buster's contract be worth in comparison to Noddy's.
If you surveyed all 16 coaches tonite on which of the 2 they would prefer for 08 Noddy wouldn't have a friend.
