I'd assume it's based on the situation now (Regarding who is signed/unsigned for season 2011)

What are peoples impression of him? Just wondering if TnT doesnt come up for next season, do we consider letting both he and Beau go to sign kemp?

Even if TnT does come up, lote wont be with the club for the next 5 seasons, might prove to be a handy replacement, depending upon how much of the salary cap he would chew up.

That is of course AFTER!!!! we have resigned Laurance for an extended period.

Denan Kemp is average at best. I'd rather a NSW cup winger get a run than waste cap space on Kemp.
