Just thought it was worth mentioning that the Poms have finally won a cricket match. A superb 173 by Mark Butcher allowed England to cash in on Gilchrist's benevolent declaration.
Despite being a little disappointing, in re-assesment it was just the sort of shot in the arm cricket needed.
