I think at this point in time not one NZ team will make the Super 12 finals. They all look as though they're coming apart at the seams!

My top 4:

1-Waratahs
2-Brumbies
3-Stormers
4-............ To close to call but probobly a South African side.

i would almost agree with you but the kiwi in me wont let me

nz rugby is in trouble and i lay the blame fairly and squarly on the mitch admin.

the blues should beat any team in the world yet they are pathetic without coaching leadership.
the crusaders ?
the canes, they have the heart but lack the skills
highlanders,? something major has f**ked up that club/franchise/province
the chiefs,, they are my hope. go byron !

Even though I hope at least 1 NZ team makes the semis, it wouldnt be a bad thing for the S12 if for a change SAfrican & Australian teams fought it out for the trophy.

I'm not really freaking out about NZ rugby. S12 form hasnt really counted for much in the past.

Guys, don't talk like a NZ washout has never occured before. I was only 3 years ago that that the semis matchups were the Brumbies v. the Reds and the Sharks v. the Cats.

Don't look now, 3 SA semifinalists is becoming a real possibility. If the Stormers beat the Brumbies today, the will takeover the top of the ladder from the Bulls. The sharks are poised nicely for a run. Their final 6 matches are a home, with only 1 opponent, the Strormers currently ahead of them in the standings.

If a SA side can top the table at the end of the round robin then they would have to be odds on to win the Comp. I only see ACT having the mental toughness to beat them over there at the moment. In saying that the Cantabs have an amazing knack of squeezing into the final 4 and winning the comp away from home. I agree with A4E if the final was faught out between SA and Aus it would be great for the Comp, but I would still want to see atleast 1 NZ side make the final 4.

most of the kiwi teams still have a game in hand. so thats created a falseness to the table.
the bulls and the stormers are yet to leave home i think.
also, the blues have only had one home game so far and have had a tough start to the season so if they can hit form they could easily make the semis.
the tahs wont win it, they never will.
they lose when it matters.
even at this point in the season im going to put my neck out and say the winner will come from these 3 teams... the Brumbies, Blues, Crusaiders.

The only NZ teams likely to make the finals are the Crusaders & Blues. The only teams with the long term talent, etc that will give them a chance.
