I am listening to the talking league team on the radio and they said that in 2007 Priddis will be going to the Gold Coast. Is this true?

ive heard that rumour.
i think taht it is just speculation because of Preston Campbell leaving to go there.

im not sure where Pridis family is situated at the moment but he was born in dubbo so he is a NSW man even though he played for the broncos.

lets hope its just a rumour

I thought his contract was til 2006 with a 1 year option after that. Could be wrong though. If it is, him staying or going could depend on how well the club performs next year.

I'm so sick of hearing this rumour.

Priddis when it was speculated asked for the reporters phone number and grilled him.

he aint going anywhere

They might want to get rid of him, he just doesn't fit in - just watch the team, I mean Priddis is creative in attack, makes tackles and plays 80 mins, he just doesn't fit withthe current Penrith culture

Priddis is signed until the end of season 2007.

May 13 2004 - Luke Priddis has agreed to remain at Penrith until at least the end of season 2007.

“Luke has agreed to a three year extension of his contract and that is really good news for the club,” Panthers CEO Shane Richardson said today. “He is one of the key senior players around whom we are building a team for the future.”

The 2003 Clive Churchill medalist says that the potential of Penrith and the camaraderie among the team were the main reasons he wanted to stay.

“I believe we have something special here. It’s a great team to be a part of – I like the attitudes of the guys and the way we get on together,” he said today.

“And if we all work at it we can get even better as a team.”

Luke, 27, has represented NSW in three Origin and two Tri-series matches. He also played for Australia in one Super League Test and for Country earlier this month.
