Prince played in the background all game, chiming in when possible. If he was allowed to touch the ball more QLD would have won by 20. Even though Lockyer played well, I think QLD over did it.

Yeah he was allowed to be dominated a bit.

When he did something he looked very dangerous.

Everything he did he did well, and he will be there in game 3 for sure.

Well done Scotty.

Watched his game closley, Only kicked the ball once and that was in the 10th min! The long kicking duties were rightly given to Lockyer, but Prince is very dangerous at the short kicking game (grubber, bomb etc) and didn't get a chance to kick.

Gotta feel for prince, he tried to get involved the whole match but lockyer kept getting into first reciever and cutting passes passed Prince. Not blaming lockyer, but it isn't a one man show!

I just hope in origin 3, they will atleast give Prince a fair go!

He had a few kicks, any they were mainly good ones. Contrary to what seems to be popular opinion in these parts, he does have a good kicking game. He has had a few shockers for us, admittedly, but they all do. Witness Freddy in the grand final last year, and Lockyer tonight. Couldn't find a blade of grass.

Prince had a great game, doing exactly what he needed to do - shovel the ball to the greatest rugby player on earth as often as possible. Took on the line a few times, looked good. Defended well. Chased well. Played well. Good stuff Scotty.

Looked like he pulled up a bit sore in one of his calves, hope he is ok for Sunday.

Yeah, I remember him kicking with the Cowboys a few years ago. He'd be a good back-up for Hodgo or Covell.

Anyways, I think Prince played great, did what he had to do and performed well again. Seriously, should he be the Aus half back if Johns is out? I mean he's out-played the NSW halfbacks in both SOO games... I think this is why Sheensy's keeping him there, at least until after SOO is over.

Prince didn't do much in Origin. Shut out by Lockyer a little but what he did do was superb, everytime he ran the ball something happened.

Yeah Prince wasnt really allowed to shine in the game which was dissapointing but i guess when you got Lockyer at 5/8, whats new. Still i think Lockyer's kicking game was terrible, He found the wingers and fullback all to easily and i cant remember many grubber kicks that actually went more than one metre before hitting a player, i'll say it now but Prince should've been given the rights on the short kicks at least.

I agree with posts who say Prince looked dangerous everytime he had the ball and was trying somthing such as taking the line on. However , he did not do this enough Im not sure if he was imtimidated, or weather it was in the game plan, or Lockyer just wanted it all for himself but whatever the reason Prince didnt get involved enough, but still when he did - everyone saw his potential.

Bye the way I can remember him putting 3 kicks in.

1) One was a short kick into the ingoal which was very poor
2) One was a reasonable long kick was reasonably good
3) Was a 40m kick into the ingoal which he faked to one side and kicked to the other.

The last year he spent at the Bronco's he mostly played Qld cup & took most of the conversions & was kicking at around 75-80%.
