That represents the most potential to bring in competitve teams and markets

We should be trying to get as much value for money as we can.Which means places where the almighty dollar is strong against the local currency should be targeted.eg Ukraine, Serbia ,Lebanon, PNG.Unfortunately that means nations with a developed economy like France USA etc will have to get by with less.

the last annual report ,from 2012, showed the RLIF dished out $1.6m in development grants in 2011 & 2012....thats money from the world cup in 2008.....

theres absolutely no reason to think the RLIF won't continue to give out developement grants to the tune of $800k-$1m each year from now on out of the 2013 RLWC profits...
