Hey Y'all,

Dunno if this gets discussed at length from time to time, just moved to Melbourne and want to know if theres any decent pubs around the St Kilda area to watch the league (until i raise some cash to get Foxtel hooked up)

Got up on Saturday morning and by chance caught the end of the Friday night footy coverage. I wouldnt expect an 8:30pm game, but thats just unbelievable...anyway, no point preaching to the converted i guess, any info would be tops.

Rising Sun, got it. Seems theres one in Prahran that shows a few games, might give it a go too. Go you Sharks!

 St. Kilda to Richmond?

Why the laughter? I travel from Williamstown to Richmond to watch the away games with you guys, except for the occasions that I travel to the games (only 1 so far this year).

I live about 3 or 4 minutes walk from Williamstown North station. But to get to Richmond I have to catch three trains, Williamstown train to Newport, then Werribee line train to the city, then a train to Burnley station. Takes about 40 to 45 minutes all told.

I don't know where Mike lives. I thought he lived reasonably close to Richmond.

whoa. i admire your dedication. i would think twice to make that sort of journey to watch the game on TV.

It's not just about watching the game on tv, it's also about watching the game with fellow Storm supporters and supporting a pub that supporters Melbourne Storm/Rugby League.
