PWA's TNA = Wrestlecrap Thread

ok since the other thread is littered with arguments about whats good about TNA and whats not, when its supposed to be about the awesomely stupid sh*t about TNA, so this now the thread for it. cheers. no talk or arguments about how good tna is, it sucks..........

This is the place to discuss the multitude of ridiculous things we saw on Impact. considering ive already seen a few this week and im only 40 minutes through the show, im guessing this could be a long thread. Ill start:

I have to start with last week with the whole montreal screwjob re-creation. that was some of the worst booking of all time. I cant believe they went as far as the spit on the "owner", and ruining the commentary equipment. it was so bad.

Surely when Sean Morleys run in TNA is over, he will immediately be inducted into Wrestlecrap. Its been an absolute farce. Now I actually happen to be heterosexual, so i may not know what I'm talking about, but its ridiculous to see some old jobber being passed off as sexually attractive. It seems im not alone in this as well, as 2 of the girls in the crowd that the camera stupidly points to when "Val" makes his entrance had disgusted looks on their face. This all coming after the most boring interview ever 3 weeks ago, when he came out and talked about being a film distributor for about 10 minutes.

How geniused was it to see Jerry Saggs call the dudley boys fat, and then the dudley boyz started calling the nastys fat. pretty awful back and forth.

whats with the constant changes in the writing? one week foleys fired, the next week hes in the opening segment of the show (which was a totally pointless segment). one week lashleys beating people up and wants to be released, the next week hes begging bischoff to keep him in tna and bischoff is impressed, the next week bischoff fires lashley, lashley is now pissed off at getting something he desperately wanted 3 weeks ago. one week jarrett wants to sue hogan, the next week he wants to be hogans bitch. Its like there are 2 different writers and they take turns on who gets to book the show that week, only they hate each others writing and try to change whats happening every week.

You might want to make a 'The WWE sucks thread' to offset all the TNA fanboys.

WWE sucks as well, but is depressingly bad, I know they can do better. TNA is funnily bad, its like my own personal wrestlecrap update. thats why it has its own thread.

As old and crap as Hall, Nash and Syxx may be they are sure as hell much more entertaining to watch than the same old WWE.

The only things worth watching in the WWE right now is Hart/Vince, Jericho and The Miz.

When you get around to watching it I wonder if ou'll be able to find any Wrestle Crap moments. I certainly didn't, it was just a very bland show dominated by Foley vs. Nash with a really odd ending that has a week to explain itself.

Aside from that, matches ranged from poor to above average.

Last nights show was good imo, except for the last segment, the Nash v Foley match was extremely sloppy and weak, and then the Hall and Syxx beat down was again sloppy, lacked venom and weak.

That joke didn't make sense the first time you told it.

Hunter has never been high on Edge. He thinks he can't work. You are also not high on Edge. You think he can't work.

Hunter works for the WWE and will someday inherit it. You worship the WWE.

I'm just putting two and two together.

Really? I wasn't aware of Triple H's opinion on Edge (I'm still unsure whether or not it's true) and assumed he was high on the bloke given his mentor Flair, think's the world of him.

Worship the E? Please.

yeah, just a very bland show, besides a few things...

WTF is abyss meant to be? Ive only just started watching TNA but i remember reading things on how bad ass he was and sh*t, surely he wasnt always like this, coz that guy is as bad ass as richard simmons. hes a f**king joke. A very very poor version of Mankind. "oooooohhhhh whats going to happen to me mick ohhhh" *doesnt so much as pulls hair like mankind, but strokes it*.

I love how Mr Kennedy made his whole gimmick out of saying his name twice and now he has to change his name. Mr K...anderson.....anderson.

Now i remember Jeremy Borash from WCW as well as the ads for TNA in 2002 where hes at sydney harbour and it was really annoying. but anyways, why is he called JB, did he do an Oklahoma type gimmick where he was putting sh*t on JR or something?

I love how Bischoff plays up the move to a 4-sided ring as a "heel" move. Sorry Eric, but it was just bad business. It was something unique, something where if u turned a match of tna on tv, you would know instantly what was on.

I have to make mention of 2 things i liked about the show...first off Taz' comment about Mike Adamle was hilarious! Also, the Beautiful people are the hottest bitches in wrestling history.

that was really strange. I figure its an inside joke. remember WCW under bischoff loved inside jokes. In that same interview, Foley is going on about how Borash is what makes TNA tick and then Bischoff goes "you wanna know what makes me tick? you wanna know what makes eric bischoff tick?" and then he just starts talking about something else. I just think Bischoff says things sometimes just for the sake of saying something.

I dont think that interview was even scripted anyway, coz they kept talking over each other at points where the other was telling a crucial part of what they were trying to say and it just basically went nowhere.
