Queensland Oaks field and barrier draw
The barrier draw has been conducted for this Saturday’s $325,000 G1 Joe Richards Menswear Queensland Oaks over 2400m and a final field of 20 will line up.
The Gai Waterhouse-trained Beauty Watch a placegetter in the AJC Australian Oaks at Randwick during the Sydney autumn carnival has drawn barrier 10 while the winner of the Doomben Roses, Gaze from the in-form Roger James stable has drawn awkwardly in barrier 14.
Young Canberra trainer Nick Olive will be smiling after his gun filly Zenarta drew perfectly in 8 but Kim Waugh on the other hand would be very disappointed with her tough filly, Magic Harmony drawing the extreme outside gate of 20.
