Do we know if Barnsey will be playing for us in 2004 ?
If not, do we have a goal kicker, and who will he be?

Also I've heard a rumour about Brad WESTAWAY being asked to play again in 2004 for the Jim Beam side? Does this rumour have any merit, and if so, what's the go. It would be a damn good thing if it happened.

Barnes will not be back due to work committments which is a shame he is a classy player on the field and a class act off the field. It is too hard for him to combine work and training.

If that rumour is true it will be terrific as Westy is a terrific player and would get the team around the park very well if it happens.

With Trevor as coach and Westy as Captain it certainly would be a class act.

I don't know if it is true however heard that Trevor had him in mind. Newtown should try and entice him with an offer.

Missed the chip and chase king last season. Perhaps the season off has allowed him time to heal from those leg injuries.

Damn shame about BARNSEY. He played very well last season. Scored some terrific tries.
