I'm bagging you cause you keep saying that Smith drove him out of the club- as far as I understand that's bull. Smith had nothing to do with it. I don't think Brian was too happy about him declaring his loyalties to Crusher though- leading to trouble....but seriously thats Lyons issue and he's gotta get over it.

I think everyone is a bit vague about the details with Jamie- it depends on who you ask...but I think thats the gerneral feeling.

Dykes is definately goneskis- thats one thing thats certain.

I have heard different about Jamie and Brian Smith......not so much him as a person, but his coaching methods and certain player selection and retention issues.......and that does not come from the palm of my hand either!!!!!!

and if Dykes is going or gone......the club should get its hand off it and tell everyone what is going on and seal the deal....and i hope it is, but people have been saying expect an announcement as eraly as today for about 2 weeks???

and does it have anything to do with PJ Marsh coming back or another contracted player from another club coming here?????

I have another question.

Whats happening with Witt.

Why is he omittd, then droppped, then played out of position.

To me, he is not being played on form, rather than being disciplined for something.

Witt isnt performing, simple as that.
And the excuses that he hasnt had enough games is crap. if he needs 10 games under his belt to start performing properly then hes not capable of being in FG. The closeness in the competition in the NRL these days requires players (esp a Half) to be firing every game.

His confidance is perhaps an issue, but if hes not mature enough to get over it, rise above it, or even re-channel it into aggression then hes not the man for the job.

Please name some others than Hindy or McKinnon that are "performing properly" this year. Does that mean all of the rest are not capable of being in FG? I'm afraid the rest, Dykes included, haven't reached consistent playing levels in over ten games either. But we still have to name and field a FG team...
