Massive week - back to Brookie for Brett Stewart, King and G.Stewart back in the side. I hope Tim Robinson holds his spot in the 17, he was great last week.
This will be a tough one, Knights are in form, their record at Brookvale is dodgy though.

Manly 29
Newcastle 28
MoM: B. Stewart

This should be a really good game, as long as we don't have anymore injury problems I reckon we'll win comfortably.

I can't wait to get out there on Sunday, the atmosphere will be incredible.

Any idea on the status of tickets?

Coming down for the game and will get there before Toyota cup starts, should I have any trouble getting GA tickets then?

Lifted the intensity after 15-20 and they couldn't match it, their injuries only made it worse. We were down a bit after half time but there was no real need to expend too much energy.

Two weeks in a row we have shown we can lift when it's needed, good signs, haven't had to do it for more than 20 minutes so far though.

The attack is still a bit disjointed but much of that can be put down the absence of Matai and Lyon. They've won the last 2 games with the intensity of their defense and if they can keep the wins coming, the other aspects of their play should work themselves out.

Will Hopoate and Michael Oldfield were good and'll get better plus with Wolfie back, I can't see where T-Rex fits into the back line. We could use him on the bench next weekend so I hope his ankle is OK.

Did anyone else get booked parking in the streets around the ground? I got slapped with a $201 fine for parking to close to centre lines or some rubbish!!! Insane!!!

Not sure what it means to beat the Knights at Brookie under the circumstances. Newcastle have obviously smashed two very ordinary teams judging by all results to date, and during this match were dealt a terrible injury toll.

We can only beat what's in front of us, but I'm not getting carried away. The young kids in Foran, Cherry-Evans, Oldfield and Hopoate showed some very encouraging form, as a whole we were solid in patches and disorganised otherwise, but a win is a win and I'll take it without injuries, and from this stage in the year we should only get better. Now we need to make it 3 from 3 against the Bunnies.

Go figure... Cowboys smash Melbourne, Knights smash Cowboys, Manly beat Knights, Manly lose to Melbourne?????? How do you tip this?

After tonights results Manly to finish 13th or 14th then .............

Umm, we beat you genius.

God Newcastle fans are slow. Had to sit behind a couple on Sunday. Talking non-stop sh*t even when they were getting pumped.

Gotta laugh at their members hats. "Defenders of the Kingdom". Haha, pathetic.
