Randy Orton - Face or Heel?

For me i just think he is really forcing his face persona, he dosnt come accross as a fan favourite, i just dont buy it, he is too arogent and too smug looking, more an arogent ladies man type thing. I think they should turn him back heel and turn Batista face, he is picking up alot of interest and he is as hot for a face turn as orton was a few months ago.

Orton - Heel
Batista - Face

have them stay that way for a few years so they dont lose credit with fans for turning to much.

your thoughts?

I still believe what I said months ago, and that is that Orton is way too heel to turn face properly and Batista is a much more likely candidate.

I agree with what you've said about Orton R69 - smug, arrogant, all those things that make a great heel because people hate his guts. But Batista doesn't have that, he generally keeps his mouth shut and does his job. I really think his character has people's respect, and if he turned on Evolution and went face everybody would get right behind him.

The thing is with Orton is that they turned him face way too soon. What was his motivation for going good so to speak. He was kicked out of Evolution. Big deal. He is still the legend killer, still the youngest champ in WWE history. Why is he a suck up to the crowd now. The way Orton should have turned face is the way they are going about it with batista. Slow burn. Make the fans be begging for it. Orton's first title reign should of been pinning HHH at WM. Not winning it and losing it in a month. I do think he is starting to get over as a face. But it's taken time and that is not Orton's fault IMO it's the WWE writers. Vince and HHH's fault.

Batista shoul remain a heel for the time being. This is exactley what happened with Orton. He was a hee getting face reactions so they decided to turn him. But when they did the fans weren't buying it. Don't make that same mistake with Batista. He is a heel getting mild face reactions. Keep it that way for the time being. I think he should fully turn face after WM. In the time being have him fued with a tweener such as Kane and see how the fans react to him.

by the crowd chants and the signs saying "RKO" i think orton has a huge following..whether they think his a great face is unkown as he hasnt done too much.

Every great face needs a great heel and HHH is just getting so boring. Every main event fued involving a face is with HHH. No wonder Raw is getting so stale. No wonder characters are getting stale. No wonder fueds are repetitive.

So predictable. Why cant we have something fresh. Have either Benoit or Jericho turn heel. Freshen up the mainevent. It's so stale. HHH is made out to be the be-all end-all.

HHH is still a major player but he has just about fueded with everyone. Benoit, Orton, Jericho, HBK, Kane. He cant fued with Edge and Christian because they are also heels.

RVD and Booker both fueded with him before being shipped to Smackdown. The only fued I see left for HHH is with Batista and that shouldn't happen until after WM 20 so until then we are stuck with this sh*t. I say after he fueds with Batista have him moved over to SD or in that case END THE BLOODY BRAND EXTENSION> IT"S KILLING THE f**king COMPANY!!!!!!

Couldn't have put it better. But I think Orton is one of the few who can be face and heel, sorta reminds me of the rock with his cockiness, arrogance etc........

Keep Randy Face for a while, he will turn heel again next year but keep him face for now. Im looking foward to seeing what happens to Batista. Im just worried to see if he gets over with the fans.

a couple weeks back i would of said the brand extension is getting dumb, but i think both shows have picked up...

I agree about hhh being in all the main events...but you have to admitt he does a good job as a heel. Im kinda liking the fact that now there getting so many wrestlers into the wwe heavy weight picture.

As for smackdown, they have carlito..who i think could be huge.

Carlito will be huge, when I saw his first Promo you could see that he had a gift. Maybe not at the same calibor as the Rock, but still very good.

That is the problem with the brand extension. For Carlito to get over he needs good fueds and good matches. After he is done whith Cena what next? He could have had Jericho, Benoit, Orton, HBK. On SD he has.....who? RVD. Boring. Booker? Boring. The only fued that I would like to see is Carlito V Rey Mysterio od V Eddie. Now that would be good fueds.

I agree with the person that said Orton can be a good face or heel like the Rock, he's definately going to be the next Rock, but he wont match him on mic skills (No-one will).

Batista should stay as a heel imo, I like it when the huge guys are heels, Brock Lesnar, Kane, big show etc.

Carlito would make a good face or heel aswell and I think the guy has a lot going for him. He's got a "cool" gimmick (Pun most definately intended) and good promo skills, just hope he's not held back buy a bad run of injuries.

Yeah, that would be a good fight, Orton vs Rock would be good once orton is more established.

i think its the other way around nick- orton is still a face, and batista will remain heel as long as hes part of evolution, but im sure thatll change soon enough
