The show starts in Little Rock with the Big Show. His hair is finally growing in and he looks as though he’s trimmed down some, even though Lillian said he weighs 507lbs. But we all know they stretch those numbers. Big Show is facing Edge tonight. Edge comes into the ring and they circle each other. Edge wraps his arms around Show’s waist and gets bum bashed for it.
After bouncing off the ropes Edge got Clotheslined. They went for a strength competition with one hand. Show picked Edge up with that hand and hung him up by his crotch on the top rope. Show bounced him up and down.
Edge starts going after Show’s right knee. Edge goes for a DDT, but gets tossed across the ring for his troubles. Show tosses Edge into a corner and Snitsky comes to the ring and attacks Show. Both Edge and Snitsky start beating on Show together. The Ref calls for the bell. Matt Hardy comes out and attacks Edge.
Eric Bischoff comes out and says the match is not going to end that way on “HIS” show and it will continue as a tag match - Matt Hardy and Big Show against Edge and Gene Snitsky.
Matt starts beating on Edge, lots of punches. Matt puts Edge in a corners and starts choking him. Matt takes control of the match, going for what looked like a Piledriver, but Edge reversed it into a Back Body Drop. Matt Catapulted Edge into a corner and then went for the cover, but didn’t get it. Matt tagged Show in.
Show tries to cover Edge, but he’s able to kick out. Matt tags back in. Matt Irish Whips Edge into a corner who gets hung up across the corner. Show gets tagged in and proceeds to run at Edge and kick him in the side. Edge falls off the corner.

- Commercial

Edge has an Armbar on Matt down on the mat. Matt is able to get up, but Edge nails him and goes for the pin, unsuccessfully. (During commercial Edge pulled Matt’s arm down hard on the top rope.) Edge starts toying with Matt, keeping him away from Show. Edge tags in Snitsky. Snitsky Drives Matt face first onto the top turnbuckle and goes for the cover, but didn’t get it. Edge gets tagged in. Edge comes in and keeps going after Matt’s left arm. Snitsky tags in and counters Snitsky leaving them both on the mat. Edge tags in first and punches Show in the face.
Show comes in and goes after both Show and Snitsky. Edge and Show end up outside the ring. Edge nails Show with the briefcase. Matt does a Side Effect (?) On Snitsky, then a Leg Drop. Matt goes to attack Snitsky and Lita trips him. Matt pulls Lita into the ring. Matt was about to hit the Twist of Fate when Edge broke it up. Matt jumped out of the way of Edge’s Spear, but lost his hold on Lita. Edge moved Matt to the center of the ring and Lita hit Matt with a crotch shot from the back. Edge then nailed the Spear and got the cover for the win.
After the match was over Edge kept beating on Matt. He then got Matt to his feet and Lita hit the Twist of Fate on Matt.

- Winners: Gene Snitsky & Edge

HBK’s music hits when the show returns. Todd Grisham is on the stage with him and announced him. Todd says he wants to show everyone what happened last week with the Masterlock Challenge. Recap of last week’s Challenge including the chair to HBK’s head.
Todd asks HBK what his thoughts are considering he will face Masters in 6 days at Unforgiven. HBK would like to be mad, but Masters is 22 and in great shape. HBK says the money wasn’t up, but he sat in the chair anyway. Why? Because he’s HBK! Because he’s untouchable and can doing things others can’t do. That’s why Masters picked HBK, and busted his head open with a steel chair. At Unforgiven he will have the opportunity with The Showstopper, but that wasn’t enough, so Masers took it too far. HBK is the one who became famous for taking things too far. But tonight Masters will have his hands full with…
“Wooo, wooo, wooo,” Flair comes out and breaks into the interview. Flair asks Masters if he can handle the dirtiest player in the game tonight. Flair says that Masters is 24 (they need to figure out how old Masters is and both use the same number). He then tells Carlito to pay attention tonight for their match at Unforgiven.
HBK broke in and asked Masters if he was ready for Sweet Chin Music at Unforgiven. (I don’t remember WWE pushing a PPV this hard. Or at least a PPV other than Mania, Rumble or SummerSlam.)

Recap of Eugene’s match last week with Angle. Shows Cena coming out to rescue Eugene. They showed the set up for the Tomco against Cena match. They showed Cena beating Tomco, but Angle attacking Cena after the match. They are setting up hard for Cena’s handicap match later in the night against Tomco and Angle.

Kerwin White comes to the ring in his golf cart looking as dorky as ever. He has a coat hanger in one hand, a golf club in the other.
Shelton Benjamin comes to the ring to face Kerwin after being tripped by him last week. (Neither got much pop or heat.)
Shelton gets the first take down, but Kerwin runs to the ropes for escape. Shelton gets a Side Headlock Takeover, followed by a Shoulder Block. After an Irish Whip Kerwin was able to knock over Shelton. Shelton hit a Scoop Slam followed by a Baseball Slide Clothesline. After Kerwin returned to the ring he hit a Flying Dropkick and got a cover, but not the three. Kerwin grabbed his hanger as if he was going to attack Shelton with it. When the Ref took it and turned around Kerwin took off his shirt and choked Shelton with it. Shelton hit Kerwin with a Samoan Drop and a Clothesline.
Kerwin countered with a Jawbreaker, but couldn’t keep control of the match. Shelton kept beating on Kerwin until Kerwin grabbed his golf club and started to beat Shelton in the gut with it, then over the back of the neck. Kerwin got disqualified. He climbed into his golf cart and backed up the ramp.

- Winner: Via DQ Shelton Benjamin

Outback Angle started tooting his own horn about how good he is in the ring and all the things he has done. Angle says he believes Cena knows Angle is better than him and it will be proven at Unforgiven. Angle tells Cena to think about what Angle’s going to take away from him at Unforgiven.

Slam of The Week was Torrie beating the crap out of Ashley last week.

Torrie Wilson comes out with Victoria and Candace Michelle. Torrie and Candace are both in white, and very little of it. Victoria is in hot pink and a tiny bit more covered.
Candace talks about how much fun they’ve been having with Ashley and they want her to come out for more fun. Plus, they have another surprise for her.
Ashley comes out, but not to the ring in a punk outfit.
Torrie calls her Punky Brewster and tells her she passed he initiation and should come to the ring. Ashley says she’s not that stupid, but is coming to the ring, but with a surprise for them.
Trish Stratus’ music hits. (I knew she had to come back as a face considering how many heel females are now on the show.)
Trish attacks Victoria. Torrie grabs Trish. Ashley jumps Candace and they roll from the ring. Victoria tries to Clothesline Trish, who does a backbend to get out of the way. Victoria nails Torrie and they both leave the ring. Ashley and Candace come back in the ring. Candace is missing her skirt. She’s afraid to face Trish and turns to leave the ring - right into a Clothesline from Ashley.

WWE Rewind shows Carlito’s Cabana with Ashley and Ric Flair from last week.

Ric Flair comes to the ring for his match against Chris Masters. Masters comes to the ring amongst his usual hype (so thrilling - yawn - the crowd seems to agree with me).
Masters enters the ring and doesn’t get much reaction from Flair. Flair plays with him a little to mess with his head. They lock up and Flair ends up on the mat. As soon as he’s up Masters knocks him down again. Flair looks a little stunned. Flair acts like he’s ready to chain wrestle and then slaps Masters lightly in the back of the head and pushed him into a corner. Masters is quite unimpressed. Flair gets down on one knee and flexes, mocking Masters. Masters is getting pissed.
“Wooooo,” grins Flair before putting Master in a corner with a chop. More Woooos. Flair is getting into Masters head beautifully, as only Flair can. Flair kicks Masters in the gut and chops some more. Masters gets Flair up into a Military Press then drops him to the mat. This is quite slow moving, but good. Masters again gets Flair up into the Military Press (though it’s harder this time), and agin drops him to the mat.
Flair is down on the mat and Masters yells that he’s going to lock on the Masterlock. Flair rolls out to the apron and Masters Suplexed him back into the ring. Masters went for the cover, but didn’t get the three.
Flair started fighting back with a bunch of chops, but didn’t get any control and got hit with a Clothesline. Masters went for the cover, but again with no luck. Flair hit an Eye Gouge and then dropped Masters with a chop. Masters got up, and Flair chopped him tot he mat again. Flair climbed up on the corner and got flung across the ring like a rag doll. Masters then hit a Power Slam.
Masters circled Flair then tried to lock on the Masterlock, but Flair dropped and double kicked Masters in the face. Flair got chopped from the ring. As he tried to climb in the ring Masters hung him up on the top rope across the throat. Masters came to the outside and Flair attacked with a bunch of chops. That is until Masters hit a Side Slam on the floor.

- Commercial

Masters has Flair in a Bear Hug. He then hit a Back Body Drop on Flair. After Flair got to his feet Masters locked on the Bear Hug again. Masters is going after Flair’s lower back. Flair bloke the hold and bit Maters on the bridge of the nose. Masters pushed Flair across the ring. But then, right back to the Bear Hug.
The Ref does the arm drop thing, but Flair is able to keep his arm up on the third try. Flair fought out of the hold and hit a Chop Block on Masters. And another Chop Block. Flair starts ripping at Masters face in a typical dirty move. Flair starts chopping, punching, bitting and strutting with Masters on his knees.
Masters got a light Choke on Flair, but Flair punched out and locked on the Figure 4. Carlito comes to the ring and nails Flair in the face with his title belt. Carlito keeps punching Flair and HBK comes to Flairs aid. HBK pulls Carlito off Flair, but Masters throws HBK into the ring post shoulder first. Masters then locks the Masterlock onto HBK. The Ref kept having the bell rung until Masters decided to let HBK go. HBK flopped to the mat and didn’t move.

- Winner: Ric Flair Via DQ

Smackdown! Rebound of the first Friday night show.

Recap of the just past Masters and Flair match - showing the end with Carlito and HBK.

Eugene and Tajiri are in the ring to face Cade and Murdock who come to the ring in the same gear they were wearing last week (sad and pathetic).
Murdock and Tajiri start off. Murdock gets Tajiri in a Side Headlock. Murdock lets go and knocks Tajiri down twice in a row. Tajiri nails a couple of Arm Drags and Murdock pitches a fit. Cade tags in, as does Eugene.
Cade gets a Wristlock on Eugene. Eugene fights out and gets Cade up into an Airplane Spin. Murdock comes in and Eugene tries to bite him.
Cade comes in and takes control of Eugene. Murdock comes back in and tries to cover Eugene, but doesn’t get the three. Murdock beats on Eugene a bit. Cade comes in and nails an Elbow Drop on Eugene. Murdock and Cade tag back and forth so fast it’s amazing either of them even get a shot in on Eugene.
Eugene goes for a Backslide on Cade and would have gotten the win if Murdock hadn’t had the Ref distracted. Eugene is finally able to tag in Tajiri who kicks the heck out of Murdock and almost gets the Tarantula on Cade, but Murdock interferes.
Eugene attacks Murdock on the outside until the Ref breaks them up. Murdock sneaks in the ring and nails a Sit-Down Powerbomb on Tajiri while Eugene argues with the Ref. Cade, the legal man then covers Tajiri for the win.

- Winner: Cade & Murdock

- Commercial

Lita and Edge are out on the stage. Lita is talking about how Matt says no man will keep him down - No, a woman will, in a cruel Twist of Fate. Edge takes the mic and starts recounting everything that’s happened between them. How Matt paints himself as a hero, but he won’t be riding off into the sunset - it ends in a steel cage at Unforgiven. Edge says Lita broke Matt’s heart and Edge ripped it from his chest. Matt needs to look up from the mat bloody and beaten as they (Edge and Lita) kiss Matt’s career goodbye.

Rundown of all the matches at Unforgiven.

Outback is Bischoff on his cell talking about Unforgiven when Cena shows up behind him. Cena says he doesn’t want tonight’s match, or the PPV. He’s done, he’s got nothing left. “You win man, I just want to be part of the team.” He starts handing the belt to Bisch. Cena then grabs it back calling Bisch a stupid SOB. Cena says he’ll never quit and will never back down. Cena’s quite pumped up and Bisch is pissed.

Angle’s music hits and he comes to the ring to, “You Suck,” chants. He’s wearing his red, white and blue mouth guard again this week.

- Commercial

Tomco is in the ring with Angle. The crowd starts chanting, “Cena, Cena.” Cena’s music hits to huge pop.
Angle is talking smack at Cena before the bell rings. Tomco starts with Cena, dropping Cena who turned to look at Bisch who comes to the ring. Angle tags in. Angle traps Cena in a corner and starts punching him. Cena hits a Side Slam and went for the cover, but no three. Angle raked Cena’s eyes and tags in Tomco. Tomco takes control. Angle comes in and Cena drops both of them. All three men are down.
Tomco tries to pin Cena who is able to get a shoulder up.

- Commercial

When the show returns Cena is on the mat getting stomped by Angle. Cena looks like he’s been through the grinder. Angle locked in a Reverse Chinlock on Cena who takes a bit to fight out of. Angle hits Cena in the back with a couple of forearms then tags in Tomco. Tomco kicks Cena in the face and goes for the cover, but doesn’t get the fall. Cena tries to fight back, but while Tomco keeps the Ref attention Angle hits a Suplex on Cena.
Angle gets Cena down and repeatedly punches him. An Uppercut by Angle results in another near fall. Bisch is grinning like a madman. Tomco comes in and keeps control over Cena. Lots of punches and kicks, not much wrestling from Tomco. Angle tags back in and nails a Suplex for another near fall. Angle locks in another Headlock, but Cena counters dropping Angle to the mat. Neither man gets up until the count of 8 when Angle tags in Tomco. Cena fights back with punches and Clotheslines. An almost Fisherman’s Buster from Cena. Cena goes for the FU but Angle nails a Suplex with Tomco still on Cena’s shoulders.
Tomco accidentally kicks Angle in the sternum. Cena hits the FU on Tomco and gets the cover for the win.
Angle comes in and attacks Cena with stomps, kicks, punches and knees to the face. Bisch is screaming for Angle to hurt Cena. Angle hits an Angle Slam on Cena. Angle then drives his knee into Cena’s crotch. Angle drops a knee on the back of Cena’s ankle then wraps Cena’s ankle around the ring post. JR is screaming that Cena’s ankle might be broken. Bisch gets down in Cena’s face yelling at him that he will not win when Bisch is in charge. Bisch yells that he’s bigger than Cena and that Cena’s career is over. That Bisch will take his belt, his career and his dreams. Bisch then call Cena a piece of garbage. The whole time Angle is keeping his left foot on Cena’s chest and face.
Cena is flat on the mat writhing in pain when the show goes

Wow the Build Up is lacking.

Thanks WWE for giving us no incentive for buying your PPV.

One of the reasons we need a new champion. Cena has been poor as champion, that is why Angle should win it!

I agree. Cena would've been decent if he stayed on SD, but on Raw, it just doesn't seem right having a "smaller" guy as champion, because its usually blokes like HHH, Batista, Benoit etc, who have all been champ in the past. Hopefully, (i never thought Id say this) Angle gets the strap at unforgiven.

I agree actually, Trish made it good. The start was alright, though Im sick of seeing Matt Hardy getting laid out by Edge, Snitsky or Lita everyweek. But thats what he gets for crossin the boss I guess.

He should but he won't.

HHH will take the title of Cena if the card from the Raw Aus. tour is anything to base the future on.

Good, I can't stand Cena, I really don't care who takes the strap!
