Fair enough. I like Toutai. I think Sio is limited in his ability and probably won't get much better than he already is. Toutai has more pace, is stronger, and only needs to improve his ball-handling and positional play to become a superior player to Sio. Having said that, I would select Sio this weekend.

I like Toutai, but I would say Sio has him covered for speed.

I think you are confusing two separate issues. The Kolpak ruling applies to individuals from the associated countries who are legally employed in a member nation. It affects quotas within sporting competitions and the like. Neither it, nor the Cotonou Agreement, grants a person from an associated country the right to work in the EU...collectively they say that if you have a right to work or right to reside in an EU country that you cannot be discriminated against. That's my understanding anyway.
