But really, just nice to get a win. And to see some repeat sets.

Hayne was right tho in the after-game interview when he said they couldn't win playing like that against the better teams. While I'm on Hayne, some great stuff in the second half but I wish he'd celebrate with the team, not running to the crowd for accolades. There's some decent research I believe that celebrating with your team first leads to more success.

He watches NFL, they aren't allowed to celebrate with their team mates, only on their own.

Dont think it is old boys. That is the week after.
2nd last week, they will have 0 to play for, I think we are a chance.

But let's beat the Sharks next week first!!!

They may still be in a race to avoid the spoon, but we're a chance for sure. Although recent history doesn't fill me with optimism against either the Knights or the Sharks. Maybe I just remember the losses because we were supposed to win.

Middle of the table position after the regular season ends will be an achievement in itself. Anything above that will be tomato sauce on the Parra Stadium meat pie.

I'm a bit worried about Casper. Was there something in those allegations after all?

And Linda Koslowski is looking mighty fine, is this the one with the g-string scene, or was that Croc Dundee 1?

Absolutely. Four years of dreck has made sure of that. Imagine if Ricky hadn't opted to use his get-out clause? Poor Raiders, lucky us.

Don't get me wrong. The guys put in their best performance in a while tonight. I just don't see them having the ammo to go with it even if they sneak into the 8.

Yep, I thought it was a pretty good performance. And, relatively, was a brilliant performance. But also, I don't see us winning a comp this year unless something massively clicks, ala 2009. Even so, pretty happy.

me too - but none of these merkins believed me

wouldn't be surprised if we don't see him again this season :(

He did it right in front of me tackling dave Taylor early in the game. He did a few arm grabs throughout the rest of the game.

He was carrying his shoulder exactly the same as he did in origin. The arm would stay by his side when he was jogging back into the line.

I'm an NFL fan, but whenever I scored a try, kicked a goal or put on a big hit, I'd celebrate with my mates.

Obviously, I wasn't playing First Grade NRL, but the point remains.

And I have to chuckle - in the first half, y'all were like, "Hayne sucks! He's a lazy merkin!"

But by full-time, you were all ready to kiss his arsehole and offer him the blood of seven virgins...
