Today just sums up our season and in a way I'm glad the season is over, way too many floggings mixed in with good performances make it too hard on the emotions.

We are not yet a top 8 team so better to avoid the embarrassment of suffering a humongous semi final flogging if we somehow fluked our way in.

Myeh! What's done is done. Even if they make the 8 they will be the first ones out. All I know is that they gave me some great footy moments this year and are a vast improvement over the last couple of seasons. They have already achieved more than I expected for 2014.

I'd probably agree with that one.

We don't deserve to be in the Top 8 for mine at this stage, but it has been an improvement on previous seasons.

If we can somehow pick up a good win next week it won't matter to me that we won't make the Finals.
I'll end the year with a smile on my face, and know we have improved immensely over the last few seasons.

I drive 100+ km to work one way each Day. If I get a good run , I know it's going to be a good day at work

WTF happened? Half-time, were up (luckily to be honest).....I get called to deal with a minor plumbing emergency, discover my f**king builders must have pushed cement down the bath waste during last years renovations...and I get back and it's 42-12. FMD.

We made too many errors, Newcastle made the most of their opportunities, we didn't make the most of ours. Once Newcastle got a roll on, we just fell apart.

PS - You were right, we were lucky to be in front at half time
