According to the foxtel pre-game show and the commentators, the Cowboys lost last week because they played so badly and not that we were better.

To be fair, during the broadcast (partic. after the first 2 tries) they commented on how our line speed contributed to the Cows error rate and ultimate loss.

But in the end......why worry about it? It's not as if it's going to make our player perform worse.

Gould was praising us on the 9 telecast.
He said something about a good balance of hard heads and youth and some strike power.

Obviously they're trying to get people to watch tomorrow night's game.

I noticed that gould for the first half was saying that the roosters need to play more like parra and be strong up the middle to beat the cows.He soon gave that away in the second half ..lol.

Gould would be normally saying how terrible a side is goin with there D getting done 40 nil but he couldnt bring himself to bag the roosters.

He put on some great hits for the half hour he was on the field. Great technique. I didn't know he had it in him.

knights are really woefull

Their NSW cup side is just as bad

I heard Nathan Brown say it will take a couple of years to turn the club around. I don't know, 5 year plan comes to mind. They could go winless this year

Is Wayne Bennett partly to blame? or a lot to blame?

Wish we kept Pauli for his two year contract. Yeah I know he has his issues, but could have been the Paulo replacement with some work.

I reckon the Knights should move Mullen back to the right. He looks way more comfortable there. Hodkinson has played on both the left and right in the past with success so would have no problem playing there.

The Knights pack isn't exactly fearsome... on paper or in presence.

I reckon they'll struggle no matter which side the halves play on. Who is taking up all of their salary cap, and why do they appear to have no decent/big name/potential forwards in their squad?

If I had a guess:

Hodkinson
Mullen
Uate
Snowden

Then:

Jeremy Smith
Gagai
