I reckon you get 4 or 5 games a year where dominate possession against a weak side and able to pile on 40 points in the possitive. We missed a golden opportunity. It's about planning ahead.
I agree with that but think you get a pass in Round one when you are clunky and your halfback spends 50mins on one leg and can’t kick

we probably get to 40 with Moses at full capacity

Watching the replay again.

Atkins missed alot of shit from the Dogs...

Last tackles when we are on the attack they would take their time to get of us it would typically get a six again call..

Hutchinson does the run at the bomb throw out an arm which is supposed to be a penalty now.

Kikau knocks on right in front of the touchie

Leg pulls!

Yeah....nah. We've had six months to iron out the first round clunks. We had more ball than a bull mastiff - we should have put on more points than what we did, especially at home. Moses on one leg is a stretch, he was only restricted with his kicking. We should have adapted to compensate. The 'riff game will tell us more.

We won in round 1 2022 by 4 points still made the GF.

Panfers had all off season to get their attack right didn't score a point.

Even though I said the Bulldogs are shit they will upset a few teams this year.

Panfers have had to ignite their 2024 season after a three-peat premiership success. Their WCC loss is no biggie for them in the grand scheme of things and their loss in Melbin was hard fought. This weekend's game will be very exciting!

Someone elsewhere pointed out that despite there being opportunities in the game we only explored the short side once early in the game. The groin definitely affected more than his kicking game and essentially cut off our attacking one quarter of the field.

You don’t iron out in training, that come in real competitive games. No team was close to their attacking best (the cowboys were made to look good by the abysmal dolphins)

you didn’t even watch the game if you only think his kicking was impacted.

He largely stopped running or engaging the line expect for when he had no one to pass to

I watched it. If the injury was that bad BA would have yanked him from the field, especially since it was game 1. Bring on the Panfers.

Our medical staff cleared him (moses) ? How could he be on one leg?

Ba said post match he left it up to moses to decide to come off or not. But he told him not to kick but he kicked anyway.

But if you go to the Kennel you will learn that Atkins was actually involved in a conspiracy against the dogs.

You can burn your players out by putting big scores on teams when you have the vast majority of the possession? Very strange take.
There's lots of ways they can burn out. Some of them can burn out just from playing fifty minutes each week. They are very delicate.

Pennys should win this week by 28+, otherwise it will be an embarrassing result for them.
