Yeah. Need to change who's in the bunker. The technology is good but the people in there are still as brain dead as they were when it was the video ref.


Was watching the 7's last week and when they went up to their version of the bunker it took one or two replays before making their decision.

But thats cos there were only 7 players ... if there were more players it would have taken more looks

So what would have happened if it was Moylan who was in the air and had his legs taken out? I'm assuming nothing given the rule for some reason only applies when the defending team is catching the ball in the air.

Not on this planet was that a penalty, no way. Not even if it was World Cup Soccer !

That ruling has completely changed the game. Now any fullback who leaves the ground has the right to catch the ball uncontested ?? B.S. !

I don't think there is a defensive or attacking team in this case - cos it was a restart of play

I 100% recall letting out a massive FFS on that one too .... about 2 mins later brisbane basically set up base camp on the sharks for a few tackles and claimed them for the city of brisbane

Im not gonna go so far as saying its rigged ... just that our refs are readily influenced and often sway in favour of certain teams

I actually think that was a no try ... i reckon there was evidence to say there was space under the ball

Its no wonder crowds are dropping and people are being turned off League atm, it has never been this poorly run or refereed.

Its not really improving and you have to wonder where it will end.

I read an article on Bookface yesterday how Toddles has sought the consultancy of Gus on sorting out the pathetic situation with the referees. Gus has never reffed a game in his life ffs, this just shows how f**king clueless the current administration is.
