Dave riccio just said on SEN numerous parra players couldn't train this week due to the flu.

He said apprantley Cronulla and the Roosters had numerous players impacted by the flu last week and there performances were average.

The excuses are very exciting!! I just hope we don’t give up. I’m not expecting a win but to get within 10 would be a decent effort. As long as we chase the collision and have our effort areas up what more can you ask for. Another flogging is unacceptable.

We’ve all watched enough footy to know what a good performance is, if we can put in a really good performance and still lose well that’s footy. But another flogging and our season clips spiral like it did last season which cost us a top 4 and any realistic chance of winning a comp.
