Does anyone know how i can Record Streaming Audio off internet raidio?

Then how do i compress it to MP3?

Well if you set your recording softwarew or even windows recorder to record "Stereo Mix" you can do so - but you will need a 3rd party program to convert it from .wav to mp3. Most of them are shareware where you get 2 conversions or something similar. Other than that I can't help much more.

Download Quintessential player. I recorded a Nirvana live set off a certain radio station a few months ago using it, and was also able to cut it up into single mp3s after i recored the whole set.

You might want to look at Audacity. It's easy to use after a few minutes with the tutorials on the link, under Help. Basically, it records whatever is coming out of your speakers and saves it as a Audacity project file. You can then export it as wav, mp3 or ogg vorbis.

To export as mp3 you'll need the Lame mp3 encoder but it's on the download page and the instructions are simple enough.
