Reeves retires

Brendan 'Chopper' Reeves has called it a day and has played his last game for Manly. He will be going back to live in Wollongong to live with his family. He will be sorely missed, as he showed great loyalty and played with 100% commitment every week.
Thanks for your efforts Brendan, and good luck with the future ;-)

Fairwell Chopper, you served the club well and who will ever forget that kick from the sideline in 1999 to level the scores against the Drongos at Brookie....plus you served up the perfect pass last year after a great break to set up Beaver for his 200th try!
