Can each player or captain post there Rep eligibility, reps are - country/city, Nsw/queensland/NorthIsland,SouthIsland , and what countrie/s you can represent
example

1st- New Zealand
2nd Ireland (if not selected for the1st choice you may be selected for your 2nd choice, you can however leave this blank if you do not wish to play for 2nd choice as a concerlation of not making the first team. Please make sure you have some blood to do with this countrie , wiether its your mum/dad,nana or grandad.

this rep stuff is stupid. People should just pledge their alleigence to the one country they truly love and support with all their heart. People turning out for GB, or other countries (in most cases) are just doing so because their not good enough to play for the team of thier chioce.

Also, how are teams selected? Do we get a say? I'd like for El Coconuto to do so with the NZ team if thats applicable...

When and if - I say if because we tried to get a rep game happening last year but the interest was gone by seasons end - it will be picked in much the same way the city / country match was last year. Coaches were chosen, for the purpose of the city / country, these were neutral persons - the Jolly Green Giant and Mystique (I think). They then name a Captain from the players who have declared themselves in an appropriate thread. The Captains then choose their teams from those who have identified their intention and willingness to play in the appropriate thread. Captains are generally those who have Captained a side during the normal season or would be someone else who has had alot of input into a team dusing the season.

EA, you're lucky. I've just heard that Nigeria have agreed to come into line with International rules and will have a rep team at the next world cup. You may get a run yet. ;-)

I've just checked then BP, Grandmother is from Uzbekistan.

I was actually going to say that it seemed to be that there was little or no interest in an international series.

At this stage there are no plans for rep matches during the season proper. Most people want to concentrate on writing for their respective teams during that time. We can discuss it the management section and see what the masses think.

EA, I thought I'd come out of retirement and represent Calcutta. ;-)
