So you think you're a good rep captain?
With the rep season upon us, forummers have decided on the following matches:
Rep Game 1 - 23rd May - 2nd June: City v Country
Rep Game 2 - 20th June - 30th June: NSW v QLD
Rep Game 3 - 18th July - 28th July: Australia v Rest of the World
The responsibilities of the rep captains are similar to the team captains. You have to choose the team (from a pool of players) plus you have to rally your team into action.
Captains MUST also be part of the match. There'll be no non-playing captains in rep matches.
Who can be a rep captain?
Anyone who has participated in the Forum Sevens competition here at LU. Players, current captains and even referees can throw their hat into the ring.
So if you think you've got what it takes to be a representative captain, don't be shy... put your name forward and mention your team from those listed above.
Deadline for nominations: midnight, Thursday 6th May
