I just looked at that list and our outside backs depth is appalling, apart from Smith and Bradley. Heleta I like a lot but there really needs to be expenditure on backs who are genuine NRL players with pace.
Sebastian Kris and Enari Tuala might be worthing of looking at.

Can someone explain why Reynolds and Packer are not playing in any grade?

It's great that everyone is saying how the NRL side is improving and showing great effort but the fact remains they are not in the Top 8. Two of our highest paid players not involved.

Sides with losing records don't tend to pick the same players every week. What is going on?

We seemingly get to watch Wests Magpies on Channel 9 every week...

At least we get to see first hand that not much is coming through the ranks to help out the first grade team,.

It would be nice to find something to be optimistic about this team for next year..

Clark was pretty impressive

Thought madden went alright considering he had no help at all. Set up our only 2 tries and showed some real class for the last one

I don't get what people see in Jock Madden aswell, just because you may good at the lower grades does not mean you will be good against man.

The lack of depth in the outside backs is a reflection of how much of our cap is tied up in a few big contracts. Hopefully we can let a few players go next season and sign some better ones. I still can't get over how old and slow Jennings looks for a 23 year old.
