Thoughts anyone? Rice has said that he still wants to play, though im not too sure on what team would want to pick up a 42 year old veteran..... maybe he might sign a 1 day ceremonial contract like Emmit did at sf. As for Law, well the Patriots secondary proved they could do fine without him this year... not sure where hes gonna end up but youd think he would find a home somewhere.. As for Muhammed, he made the pro bowl this year, a big loss for carolina, but he was gonna cost them 12 million against the salary cap he had to go.. maybe baltimore might finally land a decent receiver?

I really feel for Rice it looks like he may of played his last NFL game with the Seahwaks, i dont know if he has another year left in him. As for Law and Muhammed i think they'll both easily find new teams, be interesting to see where they'll end up.

Rice should have retired 12-24 months ago.

Law is still a very good CB.

Muhammad drew rave reviews for his play last season, but despite his size, his lack of consistent speed concerns me.

Nice signing for the Bears, their WR corps has been one of the worst in the NFL lately...will be interesting to see if this changes their draft plans (people were saying they'd take Michigan WR Braylon Edwards with the #4 overall pick). I haven't grown into a huge Muhammad fan, but you can't deny that he had a very good year last year with those numbers (93 catches, 1400 + yards) and has strung together a couple of good seasons in a row to revive his career.

I think Rice should sign a 1 day contract with the 49ers and retire as a niner. Like what Emmit Smith did in Dallas.

I agree, Rice should retire, I want to remember him as #80 catching bombs from Young and Montana, not a guy who is basically ignored by his QB.
