Does anyone know why there a so few full members of the RLIF? There are only 18 and does not include countries like Canada, USA and Spain. I believe I read somewhere you have to be a full member to play in a World Cup as I believe you should be. So what will happen with the USA and Italy if they qualify. Surely its a better look for the sport to have more than 18 countries considered full members especially when countries such as Canada and Spain clearly deserve it.
