Strange vanuatu isnt there

Some of the unranked countries are questionable to say the least.
I'm pretty sure India, Indonesia and Singapore have never played as a national team and probably couldn't assemble one.
Surely countries like Bosnia and Herzegova, Nuie and Vanuatu would be more suitable unrankned nations, or any of the new african nations.

Maybe because they havent received observer or affiliate membership of the RLIF?

Perhaps if the APRLC and RLIF were not in such ill repute nations that actually are making headway with development would be sort out and assisted rather than fluffing up the rankings

Also unsure as to why they are 'unranked' when there are nations on the list that have 0 points. Well I do know, it's because the RLIF have no f**king idea what they're doing.

It's scary to compare the RLIF with the IRB. Gives me nightmares.
