With 44% as well according to the Herald this morning. For the last couple of years it was only around 35% of the vote. Are you reading it Denis Fitzgerald? When 44% of players in the NRL don't want to join your club because of the coach maybe he should reconsider Brian's position.

How would 44% of players even have any idea what he is like as a coach???....I know there are alot of ex-parra players going around, but not 44% of the league....the rest are going on the usual rumours and hearsay - vote for the guy you hear about in the media the most.

Looking on the bright side - 56% of NRL players don't dislike him and would come and join Parra

anyone have any idea how are these polls organised? and if all first grade players vote or just a sample. just any information really.

statistics can be very misleading sometimes.

It's a survey of 100 players, not sure who the players are..but hardly representive of all of the NRL

i dont think hodges was overrated before his acl injury. i thought he was one of the best centres in the game, behind lyon.

he has definitely lost his speed after surgery, and if u watch hodges play now, he wont commit in tackles or tries by diving.

i've had a knee reconstruction too, and i know why he's scared. tearing your acl is bloody awful, the pop and the pain...

I think Hodges is overrated....along with the likes of ANASTA!
I agree with you about Bobcat, Jess.
I've always thought Ian Hindy is under rated a bit too, does all the hard work but is often overlooked.

Actually out of 375 registered Full time players, a survey of 100 is pretty good in order of capturing the general mood.

That's like surveying 5,000,000 Australians.........and most polls do less than 2000.

It was actually pretty close. Hodges had 23 votes, Anasta 22. Dykes was third with a mere three votes.

In other Parramatta references, Nathan Hindmarsh was 3rd in best second rower with 9 percent I think, behind Fitzgibbon and Tallis.

When players were asked which club they least wanted to join 48% said Souths, followed by Parra with 18%, Warriors were third.

That means then, that the coach who came second would have more players wanting to play for him than Brian.
Doesn't matter how you twist it, this is the only thing that Brian manages to win.
