In my view if we are going to make the 8 we need to win at least one of these games. Im not saying it would be impossible otherwise just that it places us in a very nice position

We still are a long way from certs for the 8.To finish on 28 points we have to win 5 more games.In our run home we only play 5 sides that are lower than us....and they are all a long way short of sure wins.

The next three weeks is going to test us.Saints---Roosters and then Raiders away.....very nasty.

Yeah,it looks to be a very tough draw.If Hodgo and the 4 big men in Skando,Payten,Boof and Gibbs all stay healthy we`re a chance of beating anyone!!!!

Im with you on that Vicious.I think yesterdays win will give the boys the confidence that they can win anywhere against anyone.These games will be a heck of alot tougher than the Warriors but you can seee quite clearly that self belief is growing.

Maybe nasty but that's who you have to beat if we are to be serious contender's.
But even if nothing becomes of it this year,we certainly look to have a strong future.It's the law of averages both Balmain & Wests deserve to win a comp sooner or later! :idea:

Also the young guys that played yesterday Harrison -Halatau -Heighno -Gibbs -Fulton-Kerr, they will take so much positive stuff from this win.

The next two weeks look to be a very tough couple of games, actually more confident of the Roosters than Saints.
Glad the boys absolutley smashed and erased the doubts I had after the Melbourne game....going on past seasons and past performances (what else is there to go on) I had vision of a mid season collapse......an almost 100% perfect first 40 mins yesterday showed us what theyre capapble of.

I think next week will gives a good idea where we are at--to be honest-i dont know what we can take out of the warriors game--they were shocking-up the middle defence was the worse i have ever seen.We were great right accross the field.Next week we come up against a team that can do anything.They can be brillant or they can be shocking--playing at the house of pain jublee oval-they always turn up to play at kograh.Going back thru history i dont think the magies or the tigers,came away with points from kograh to many times---also a tv game
So i think by 5pm next sunday we should know-where our season heading--two points against the dragons-and you call ticket teck

playing some of our home games away seems to have really toughened the boys up mentally.
