This could all change depending on the teams selected but i think i have a good idea of the prospective strengths of the sides:

Friday- Roosters to beat Souths with the match up of George Burgess v Boyd Cordner the highlight!

experience of the cowboys to get them home easily v the broncs

Saturday- NZ to beat Parra
Melbourne over Manly
Titans beat Dragons [best hooker in the comp plays for Gold Coast and Dragon's King out injured long term]

Sunday- Cron to beat Canb by at least as many as canberra wins the nrl game after it.
Newc v penrith should be the best contest of the weekend with newcastle having too many guns but Viapuna outstanding for the losers.

Monday- Tigers to beat the dogs

bring on the week 2 clash between cowboys and the knights, woohoo!

Interesting to see the Roosters name Boyd Cordner in NSW Cup. Manly are also playing a couple of players up.

Vaipuna Tia Kilifi is missing from the Panthers team.

James Roberts another triple last night for Bunnies.....got to get this kid in their NRL team. My NNRL team could do with him.

Good win by the Storm over the Eagles, too much class. Very impressed with Matt Mcgahan, looks like he will be a very good player.

Far from full strength either btw, Wilson, Maclean and Tohu Harris to come back in. Will strengthen forward rotation tremendously.
