I’m with you Martie; I need to rewatch the game because I didn’t think he was bad.

My take on a small thing he could do would be to play a little deeper though if he is going to play in the halves; give himself a fraction of a second more. But that is a small tweak and (if the coaching staff agree) I am sure will be picked up in the video sessions.

Given we have 2 extra spare halves in the squad. I doubt he would of spent much time in ball work sessions if at all

I thought Kenny played well last night and made an impact when he came on with his hard runs through the middle.

He had 8 runs for 80m in his 23 minutes, and showed he can play a role as a forward and not just as cover for hooker when coming off the bench.

Ridiculous the criticism he’s copping. Thought he looked strong with the ball was just isolated - not sure who’s at fault for that tbh.

He doesn’t have a defined role other than being cover for an injury, he’s in a tough spot especially when the vultures were out for him from day dot.

I thought I would look at his numbers

1 error
3 penalties conceded
90% tackle rate. Api and Kenny 2 of the better defenders in the side are 89%
Same amount of tackle busts as Fish

Decent enough for someone getting less than 20 mins a game

Salmon wouldn't be in my 17 (and definitely not with Kenny) but he did ok last night given the circumstances. Felt he could have got a pass off on one occasion but on the other he had no space and got a result when on the 5th when Nath was tackled the play prior. Cant really ask for more than that.

A bench player should offer something different to change the game. Either size, speed or a different skill to what the starting 13 have. He doesn't really do anything. Better off with a backrower

To some extent I agree that Alice is being overbearing and trying to dictate how people should think but this comment is personal and insulting. As they say, sarcasm is the lowest form of wit.

He isn't in the usual rotation
Only comes on when someone is off for a HIA
