Very exciting about Moale potentially making his debut!! This kid is so highly rated, people are already calling him the Payne Haas clone. No disrespect to Knighty but I'm kind of hoping he's ruled out so Davvy can play. Would be a huge occasion!

Fox League is already reporting Knight has been ruled out but I haven't seen it anywhere else so wouldn't lock it in yet. Guess we'll find out tomorrow.

Confirmed. Knight out

So cool about Davvy! kid has HUGE wraps on him and he himself is HUGE. From what I have seen, he looks the goods. Very excited to se him debut tomorrow arvo. Congrats!!

Not so great to lose Cammy but Taane will do a job as he did last week.

Here we go once again. The best most glorious day of the week. Game day!! It's finally here. Not just any old game day either as we take on the Dragons this arfternoon up there in Rockhampton. St George Illawarra are one of our biggest rivals, one of our traditional rivals so games against them are always a bit special, are always firey and always mean that little bit more. I personally always love playing them and jeez we've had some bumper clashes throughout history. Hard to believe this is the first time we've played them in a Regular Season match this year.

Beware of the wounded Dragon today!! They are struggling, there's no doubt about that. BBQ-gate has really hurt them along with other things and their form has suffered as a result. However, the fact remains they are still currently a top eight team so this is a top eight clash. That always demands respect. They will be absolutely desperate to reverse their form and hold onto that top eight spot as well so I expect a fired up performance from them today and they may be depleated, but they'll play better than last week. I'm sure of that.

For us, we're a bit depleated too as we're missing a fair few of our top 17. However, that is not an excuse. We have to win this game if we want to open up an even bigger gap on the ladder to Parra in fourth so today is crucial. Missing a few players is all the more reason to not take the Dragons lightly and I want to see us go out there with the right attitude. Respect them, respect the ball and defend better. Everything else will flow off the back of that. The occasion is made even bigger this afternoon by the fact that it's Davvy Moale's debut. Hopefully we can get the result for him.

Gonna be great to play this one in Rocky, awesome for League fans up there and hopefully we get plenty of Souths supporters there! Fire up! Let's go!!

That's worrying for Campbell Graham to still be suffering the effects of concussion. They only get worse the more they happen.
He copped a bad concussion in that tigers game wasn’t it? When he copped a kick in the head? He missed a few weeks cos of that too.

maybe it wasn’t that tigers game, maybe I’ve had a concussion since then too lol. Turns out that wasn’t even this year haha damn.

Looks like the games are off. A chance for some injuries to repair. Commiserations to the young guys who will miss out on their chance to play.

It's only Brisbane and the surrounding areas that are going into lockdown so being in Rockhampton may see the game played still, albeit with no fans i would expect. As long as the teams are already there.

The following games after won't go ahead.

Souths plane has landed at Rocky but they're not allowed to disembark and are stranded on the tarmac, the dragons haven't left Brissy.

Issue is the Dragons players were out and about shopping in Brisbane yesterday.

Apparently Souths players are flying back to Brisbane. Might play tomorrow.

I’d be happy with any win. It’s bad prep
I'd be really surprised if the game was postponed until tomorrow. The NRL will try everything to get the games to go ahead but the ABC are reporting no professional sport. This situation is higher up than the NRL.

It's bad prep for all teams involved.

Standby for an announcement from the NRL regarding re-scheduling I think.

Discussion in a group chat I'm in - this weekend is cooked and the NRL is looking at moving to Vic or Tas. From an apparent Raiders connection.

Jeez I'm in shock!! Was pumped for today but now it's almost certain not to happen, at least not today. Looks like our game is certain to not happen today, could be tomorrow or Monday.
