24/7 sports bar at the star, happy hour 5pm-7pm.

It's a bit out of the way I'm going to an event at the ICC s o was looking for anywhere close by that I could watch the game and leave at the last minute. I will keep it in mind though.

I agree with this which is why we should be giving all our younger players more of a chance. Give Crichton and Sam Burgess less game time and promote kids like Campbell Graham to the 17.
Crichton IS A YOUNGER PLAYER!! The lad WANTS to play you do NOT reduce his playing time because it will piss him off!!! Then he leaves..... dumb move!!! Let Crichton keep playing as long as he wants ditto for Sam B who is earning close to $1 Million STERLING p.a. Why "rest" that dude???

Raiders team:

1. Jack Wighton
2. Nick Cotric
3. Jarrod Croker
4. Joseph Leilua
5. Michael Oldfield
6. Blake Austin
7. Aidan Sezer
8. Junior Paulo
9. Josh Hodgson
10. Shannon Boyd
11. Joseph Tapine
12. Elliot Whitehead
13. Luke Bateman

14. Kurt Baptiste
15. Clay Priest
16. Dave Taylor
17. Jeff Lima

18. Erin Clark
19. Zachary Marsters
20. Royce Hunt
21. Scott Sorensen
Look at Oldfield, the backrow and #s 16 and #17. Austin is chaoatic and fickle and has played well below last season. How are The Crisps outsiders here especially when they are DUE?? If the Crisps show up they win going away. Canbraa is going nowhere but Henson Park.

You would obviously talk to him about it first mate. Ask him if he wants to keep playing 80 minutes but warn him it's not a good idea...

If Crichton breaks his foot that completely destroys his preseason and thus his development as a future origin player..

AR has come out and said he's happy Cody is back at 6 and we will play more creatively....

AR has also come out and said that we are more explosive with Cook at hooker and he has similar traits to Issac Luke.

Can't post the link as it's a Daily Telegraph subscribe one!!!!

I just wish "Mr.Fresh Legs EXPLOSIVENESS EXTRAORDINAIRE's" efforts on the paddock evolved into tries & competition points; which it hasn't.

As I've said before we have a substantial problem with our No.9s!! One a has-been & the other......well!!???????????????
I think STHS really need to be on the lookout ASAP in this posse!

Just thought I'd mention they'll be doing fundraising for Angelman Syndrome at the match...

When Cook runs out he will have a young kid beside him who has the disease.

Iosia Soliola also does stuff behind the scenes too regarding this disease.....

Honestly if souths care about the results of the rest of the year then they've lost it. Forget all that crap. If you're not in the top 8 it doesn't matter where you finish tbh.

Maguire needs to give himself the best chance at a finals shot next year to keep his job and the way to do that is to blood the younger guys, give them a taste of first grade and make them work hard in the preseason knowing there's a big opportunity for them. There are a few older fellas in our team who are past it.
I tell you one thing: I keep Johnny Sutton one more season. Another club gets him eg LootoLand,, Up Up Malakas, Easts etc and you watch they get a good season out of him. Many of the other veteran/bench players should be released/cut but NOT Johnny. I keep him.

Madge has said today Sam will be playing.
Maguire desperately need to start winning games OR he faces extreme pressure. A Coach can only sustain losing for so long before even the faithful eg Crowe put up The White Flag and advocate change.

Damien is doing great things in this regard---so is Soliola;I get the feeling Sol is a gentle kind of fella playing a hard, tough sport---I don't really think he is the type who would deliberately smash another player like he did Slater!!

Doesn't matter whether we win, lose or draw we're not in the finals so results don't matter...
I think Greg Jay has a point there though......

If we don't win say another game Madge will go but say we win 3 or 4 of our last 6 then Madge probably stays....

But I don't think that should be the case. If Souths have no faith in Madge then they should've already booted him. There's too many factors that go into these last games.

Madge does not deserve to stay in the team just because we went well near the end of the season when we weren't a shot for the top 8.

But in saying that they should give him the opportunity next season and if he fails then fire him. If they fire him this year it's not fair. His had way too many injuries and external stuff influencing the players.

I hear you........

What external stuff do you mean???....

With Cook starting, he needs to really take his opportunity. He didn't do it earlier in the year but I really hope he does on Saturday. I then hope that leads to him seeing out this season starting and he is our main hooker next year.
