psst.......you've got Hannant listed twice and no Thaiday

and is Teo fit for this week?

I'd include him in my 17 if that's the case..........Dodds can sit out.

Usually I don't condone making too many changes to a full strength line-up but I can't see us winning this year with our current 17 unless the sides infront of us drop off big time.

First thing is first, let Hunt play Q-Cup. We don't need a back-up hooker and Hunt needs to prepare himself for next year. Te'o to come in when fit, Carlaw in the mean time.

Beale should also be on notice. Yes, he's been impressive at fullback and in the centres but as a winger he's brought NOTHING other than some reasonable dummy half runs. Considering he's supposed to be the fastest at the club it astounds me that the most experienced half in the game continually ignores kicking for him and opting instead for Yow Yeh who's repaid him a few times streaking down a few kicks.

Gagai to come in unless Beale turns things around. Yes, Gagai is imperfect, but at least he's done something in his time at the position. Beale has been a liability.

Hala onto the bench infront of Anderson. F**k Anderson, that is all. He makes me feel like an angry old man. Hala is at least strong, can bend the line and add some genuine impact. Anderson is just a muppet who throws bad passes and doesn't have the defensive game to justify his selection over Hala.

In short...
Drop Hunt and Anderson - Bring in Te'o for Hunt, Hala for Anderson.
Beale is on notice, serve me up some humble pie mate!

So one of our wingers is the reason for not winning against highly rated teams?

........interesting.

I guess not Pete ........although

It's confusing that Beale is copping a bit of flack for a couple of quiet games when we were settling with Copely out there for weeks on end.

btw......just noticed your dig at Wallace's attacking kicks

I agree ....... ;-)

Copley was afforded opportunities because it was early in the season and he seemed to be improving with each game. This is finals time Fourex and we need all the attacking spark we can get.

Wallace is the most experienced half at the Broncos?

Look......I like Gagai. I think however he is more of a liability than Beale. The attacking spark we need isn't going to come from wingers......it starts with the inside men well before it gets out to the wings. Wingers are primarily finishers....yes?

Re: confusing Wallace & Lockyer. It seems to me Peter puts the ball in the air in the oppositions 20 a lot more than Locky does. Both have to share the blame at the moment for the misfired attacking raids.........although, it's been discussed at length Wallace's lack of ability in this area.

We need as much attacking spark as we can get and it's not like Beale is that safe either. He was being out-jumped by Mead and has coughed up at least one kick every game.

Gagai has at least been a threat.

With that said, I don't think he's the biggest problem, never said he was but he does have to step it up if he wants to keep his place.

There's a few out there who have to turn it up a notch if we want to be anything other than the "also rans" in the semis'

We have really missed Folau at times this year.
He was a winger (who played in the centres) that was able to score tries out of nothing. Would come in handy considering how bad our attack has been.

You're right Fourex but those guys either have a proven history of class or there isn't superior options.

*sigh* Folau.
