Panthers coach Ivan Cleary has named his squad to face Sydney Roosters at Sydney Cricket Ground on Saturday.
With Isaah Yeo ruled out due to a shoulder injury, 20-year-old forward Billy Burns will make his NRL debut as Panther No.592.
Born in Parkes, Burns has progressed through the grades at Panthers since joining the club's premiership-winning SG Ball side in 2016.
Jarome Luai is on the bench after making his return from an eye injury in last week's Canterbury Cup match while Josh Mansour is still sidelined with a back injury.
The Panthers will wear the 2019 Away Jersey.

Roosters aren't taking it easy on us unfortunately.
Their only change is Latrell Mitchell back in.

Is that indicating that Whare/Crichton and Naden/To'o will be the pairings with either the centres or wingers swapping sides? Or is it just a quirk of the numbering?
If so, I like it. Naden/Chrichton was such a glaring problem defensively.
I like the balance of the bench but what happened to Egan? 18th man and not in CC?
As long as Naden isn't marking Latrell.

Naden will be clutching at thin air regardless of who he marks up against.
38-6 it was, the same score as the semi-final the following week. I was there too, at the old Sports Ground. A Roosters fan near me kept yelling out "Don't give it to Dreier". Apparently Col Dreier wasn't exactly Latrell. It was his last first grade game (of 19).If I can recall, we beat the Roosters last round. Brandy scored a try of his own long range kick in the corner. I think we won 36-6. I was on the supporters bus and we said we wanted to drive by Parra Leagues because we were so excited to make the finals, but we had to play Manly mid week.
Good point. Manu is an elite centre too.
After the poor display last week from our halves perhaps the coach wants another option with Luai?
Crowd of 8,000, which they'll struggle to beat this weekend.
So is their accountant..Good point. Manu is an elite centre too.
