I’ll Be there. The highlight will be seeing the GST guy and his sign. The beer will be good before, during and after. The weather should be good too. The result ???

@jeffdragon you are a massive jerk..

Perhaps if you even put in a tenth of the effort getsmarty did in terms of news & updates, your opinion may just rate a mention..

Might as well go coachless. Couldn’t do any worse. Piss off McImbcile, Hornby and Young.
This will be a high scoring game next week. Two worst teams in the competition going at it. How good!

Dunno why we have to put each other down in our hours of need. Can’t we get along and celebrate our “ diversity “ of opinions. That’s what we are told to do by our masters !!

    INJURIES

    Injury update: Cameron McInnes

St George Illawarra Head of Athletic Performance Nathan Pickworth has provided the following injury update on Dragons hooker Cameron McInnes.

"Cameron McInnes has suffered a suspected fibula fracture. He will go for a follow-up scans this evening," Pickworth said.

"We will update Red V members and fans with further information once it presents."

Dragons coach Paul McGregor paid tribute to McInnes in the post-match press conference, who was injured late in the second half.

"Cam's already asking the doctor how long it's going to be so he can get back into training. That's Cam. You want them all like that," McGregor said.

"For a player like him to get injured with six minutes to go, a player who gives everything and more, and who has been our best player this year by far, for him to potentially break his leg is not justice, that's for sure.

Zac Lomax will have to undergo the NRL concussion protocols this week to determine his availability for the Dragons' final game of the season against the Gold Coast Titans.

Don’t stop what you’re doing mate.

Of all the people in here who think that starting a thread is a good idea, you’re the one who is most often right.

Ch9 must be spewing they have to schedule these games so far ahead. A test pattern would get higher ratings.

Kick off 7:30, Saturday 8th Sept.

There is zero parking at the ground. Public transport is nearby but it is sardinesville.

For those willing to embark on this magical mystery tour, courtesy buses will be operating from two nearby pubs:

    1. Robina Tavern
Courtesy bus from 6:00 pm. Approx every 15-20 minutes.

    Map.

    2. Dog and Parrot Tavern
Courtesy bus from 6:30 pm. Approx every 20-25 minutes.

    Map.

I am breaking from tradition this year and departing from Robina Tavern. Mainly because the first bus leaves 90 mins before kickoff, plus it is more of a straight run to the ground. Plus I've heard great things about their steaks.

Yes, they bring you back to the pub. And yes, I have a designated driver.
