A win is a win but gee we made hard work of that. So so many basic errors like not being able to play the ball properly and running over the sideline on the first tackle. Happy to get the two points but we have so much work to do to become a premiership threat.

Yeah, we have too many players with dumb mistakes in them. Still, at least tonight's win showed that Wallace is very replaceable, and we showed heart.

We need to be shopping around for a new half for next year/2017 as soon as possible.

Such a relief. A real bummer with the Idris injury, he was on fire. We really should have put 40 on them, but I put those errors that cost tries down to confidence, hopefully the result will go some way to fixing that.

Defensively no complaints, Manly had plenty of time in our 20 with the most expensive halves pairing in the history of the universe on the field & they scored from a grubber & an act of God.

So now we are down both halves, both centres, and our lock. That's a tall order. Happy with the win. Peachey did some stuff but cocked it up with dumb errors. Blake coming along nicely. DWZ a few dumb things but he was in there having a go when we were down on troops. In fact most the guys got stuck in when we needed them.

We played Plum, Lats and Kite in the middle, ET and Manu wide. Then when Yeo came on he went wide ET went middle Plum off. Basically 100% defensive, using ET to shore up the LHS. It worked, although Manly don't have much to offer atm so it's hard to tell how well. Even with a straight forward pack our go forward was still pretty shit, compounded by most our kicking. Moylan basically playing FB and 5/8 at times, and we were all the better when he did.

Strong defensive effort, Moylan carried us, Mansour will hopefully get some confidence with a return to form, Idris strong as ever, Blake coming along.

Injuries terrible, front row still crap, Segs needs a foot up the arse his mistakes are terrible.

It's the idiotic schoolboy errors you simply don't see in the other top sides that frustrates me as a football supporter.

It's called "not having your game head on".

It's really a wonder that we came up with the win when you look at the game overall.

Going to be a long day next week against the Titans.

EDIT:Wallace will go in for surgery on his knee on Tuesday. He will be out for 4-6 weeks.

We don't look like a team. Some great individual plays, but shocking team work.

Thankfully Sea Eagles are worse than us. Dunno how Korisau and John could beat Foran and DCE.

Plum to lock? Not sure the old boy can play the minutes and make all the tackles. Docker will be picked and he will have a Point to prove but I doubt he's up to it.

Manu will probably be used to make up the minutes in the middle for whoever starts at lock and Peachey will play longer minutes.

Further proof tonight that Wallace shouldn't be in the team.

As for injuries Bryce to the bench you would think. Had some errors but some good touches. Played 80mins will be better for the run. No real options until a few backrowers come back next week

Moylan had a few mistakes but was our go to guy and came through again. I think Api is showing potential. With Wallace out I wouldnt mind seeing him alongside Sowie when hes back. Could be a good compliment. Great to see Blake put in a solid performance.

I think we did well under the circumstances. Our line speed and aggression in defence won us the game. We looked ok in attack but the ball just isnt bouncing for us. We are out of form but some of our important players looked to be getting back to form.
