Yep. 2023 Casey was playing Harold Matts. He literally jumped several grades. He gets passes for bad games and has been moved around to be fair.

We probably lose no matter what. But we need to atleast punish some guys with team selection.

Tago - Dude is a joke. Should be punted to NSW Cup and shift to the pack.

Eisenhuth- he just isn’t NRL quality and getting older and slowing down I would rather take a punt on Geyer who might actually gain something from the experience even if he isn’t great. Unless Sorensen is fit snd we can atleast have an NRL player.

Schneider- Honestly been over a decade since we had a worse half. Put a 7 or 9 on any players back and they couldn’t do worse job than him at the fundamentals of those positions. His service was so f**king slow it was painfully obvious we couldn’t score with him at dummy half. A busted Kenny coming back on gave us a bit more time with the ball but Schneider was still out there shutting down the attack.

This year is quickly spiraling out of control. 4 losses in a row when we haven’t lost more than two in a row the past 5 years. Zero consequences for players doesn’t do them or the team sny favours. Nor does continuing to pick the same backup players who are proven not to be first grade quality.

Maybe picking other players won’t help. But the worst that can happen is they fail too.

Tago needs a spell in cup, preferably in the back row. Then make a decision on if he needs to be shopped around.

Casey butchering that try was a horror show, but you are going to get that given where he is in his career. It was also offset by his chase on the intercept.

Smith I can forgive based on how he usually goes, but that 2nd drop cost the game. He holds it we go up 18-6 and coast home. Instead we compound the error with shit discipline and they score a few minutes later.

Cole tries hard and there is something there, but he seems to have zero ability to play what he sees or he just doesn't see it. We left a bag of tries out there with him taking every option but the right one. A kick behind the winger on the left side was on a heap of times and we just didn't do it. I lost count of how many times I was screaming for Nathan to swap sides and get it done as Cole just couldn't do it. Luai plays we exploit the winger in our line I have no doubt.

Defense I just cant explain. The last 5 years a team would get a set in our 20 and I was relaxed as f**k. Now they might as well move the try line to the 20 because if they cross that they are scoring more often than not.

Still along way to go and the 5 peat dream is still alive, but they will need to get whatever is wrong sorted very quickly.
